Zimcom has been part of the Liberty Center One family for several years, and we’re excited to share that we’re
officially bringing everything together under one name.
Over the coming weeks, you’ll start to see the Liberty Center One brand reflected across our systems, communications, and websites. This isn’t a change in ownership or leadership, it’s simply a unification of our brand and systems to make your experience even more seamless.
What’s Changing
- You’ll start seeing the Liberty Center One name and logo on all emails, invoices, and websites.
- Our email addresses will begin using the Liberty Center One domain (for example, cloudsupport@libertycenterone.com). Emails sent to Zimcom addresses will continue to reach your same team.
- The payment portal URL will move to a Liberty Center One domain (billpay.zimcom.net will become billpay.libertycenterone.com), but your saved payment methods (eCheck, credit card, ACH) will remain the same.

Beginning January 1, 2026, all billing and accounting functions will officially move under the Liberty Center One name. Invoices will come from a @libertycenterone.com email address.
Tip: Add @libertycenterone.com and @lco.cloud to your safe sender list to ensure you receive invoices and updates.

Your support experience will remain the same. You’ll still connect with the same people and systems you rely on today. Only the support email address will change to cloudsupport@libertycenterone.com once the transition is complete.

Continue using your existing payment portal
Until you’re directed to the new Liberty Center One link.
Update your records with our new support address
