Open Positions
- Provide frontline phone/email/remote support assistance in a timely manner for our clients
- Investigate the cause of end user problems and provide a workable solution
- Intermediate and advanced desktop support for end-users, including email client setup/troubleshooting, application support and malware/virus problems
- Intermediate server-side support for MS Windows & Linux environments residing on VMWare & KVM hypervisors
- Support and administration of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop server farm
- Provision and manage SSL certificates for hosting clients
- Provide support for our various hosting environments, including provisioning, maintenance, migrations and troubleshooting
- Support and administration of branded remote backup service
- Assist in the maintenance of datacenter operations as needed
- Shared responsibility of after-hours on-call duties as assigned
- Ability to use critical thinking and apply to problem solving skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are a must
- Intermediate to advanced LAN/WAN knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Windows Server (all versions) and Active Directory
- Intermediate to strong skills with MS Outlook (all versions), and other mail clients
- Intermediate to strong competency of SMTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and FTP

- Work with a team and/or lead a team on implementing and managing network hardware and software solutions for LAN/WAN in a fault tolerant, scalable and secure network environment
- Demonstrate expertise in system installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, capacity planning, monitoring, and security procedures.
- Propose network and/or operational projects (internal and external) in an ongoing effort to enhance our product suite, network security and reliability, and overall efficiency
- Continuously analyze systems and procedures to ensure utilization of industry best practices
- Provide Intermediate and advanced support for end-users, including troubleshooting, configuration and administration of various hosting environments (Linux/Windows)
- Cisco routing switching configuration/management/troubleshooting duties
- Shared/VPS/Cloud hosting support, including new account setup and troubleshooting
- MS EXCHANGE/POP/IMAP Mail hosting support and administration
- Level II-III phone and service ticket support
- Datacenter equipment installation, maintenance and upkeep
- Assist in training employees and knowledge-sharing of Engineering policies, procedures, and proper utilization
- Intermediate to strong competency of SMTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and FTP
- Strong skills with Unix/Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP
- Minimum 5 years Cisco experience w/ Cisco routers/switches/firewalls
- Experience supporting OSPF, BGP, VLANs and other protocols
- Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and troubleshooting skills
- MS Windows Server 2012 and prior (incl. Active Directory)
- Knowledge of Information Security Systems (IDS/IPS)
- Industry certifications desired but not mandatory
- Ability to use critical thinking and apply to problem solving skills
- Must be a quick learner and be able to complete tasks with little supervision

- Must be willing to work outside normal business hours, including weekends and on-call support
- Responsible to carry a cell phone and provide 24 x 7 emergency support as needed
- Provide exceptional customer support experience for our clients
- Daily management and administration of Linux & Windows hosted VM’s residing within Zimcom data centers, utilizing OpenStack & CloudStack management platforms
- Intermediate and advanced support for web & database servers, applications, and end-users
- Support and administration of Veeam backup & disaster recovery solution offerings
- Support and administration of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop server farm
- Assist in the maintenance of data center operations as needed
