Zimcom announced that it will officially operate under the Liberty Center One brand beginning January 1, 2026.
Nine years ago, Liberty Center One and Zimcom formed a single company but elected to continue using the Zimcom brand in the Cincinnati region.
“Today, the Zimcom name is being retired to reflect the go-to-market proposition that we’ve operated under from the outset – that we are one team servicing all of our customers, regardless of region,” said Jason Huebner, VP, General Manager of Cloud Services. “The move consolidates our hosting, cloud, and data center services under the Liberty Center One brand – strengthening resources, efficiency, and customer experience.”
Zimcom has had a long-standing relationship with the IT community in Cincinnati and will remain connected to the business community at large under the Liberty Center One brand name.
“Our mission continues to be focused on being the go-to resource for our customers when it comes to their IT infrastructure needs and to help them modernize and move their business forward,” commented Tim Mullahy, Executive VP, Managing Director.
“We continue to innovate new solutions to the changing IT landscape,” added Steve Searles, Chief Technical Officer. “Our Automated Data Protection leads the industry with integrated Disaster Recovery in everything we do, and we are working with customers today on various AI initiatives with faster custom processors.”
Liberty Center One, headquartered in Royal Oak, Michigan, was established 17 years ago to respond to the IT infrastructure needs of businesses in SE Michigan. Its growth has earned recognition from INC. magazine as one of the 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the US.
“Our management team remains intact, and we are all very excited about the prospects for the future,” added Rex Smith, CEO. “Customers will continue to work with the same trusted people and same data centers, now with even greater access to innovation and support.”
