Zimcom announces #NoLayoffs pledge

Zimcom, a Liberty Center One company is proud to announce a no-layoff pledge that extends through July 1, 2020 for its employees. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating economic impact for many across the U.S., with unemployment totals surging past 22 million in recent days. Like nearly every company, Zimcom has been affected by the economic downturn, however we’re also aware that the technology space has not been as hard-hit as many other industries, and we count ourselves fortunate for being able to maintain the level of operations we are. Our employees are our biggest asset, and our hope in making this pledge is to instill confidence in them and their families, along with our clients, partners and vendors during these uncertain times. We would not have been able to enjoy 21 years of growth and success in this market if it weren’t for the amazing work of our talented employees, for which we are truly grateful. Why July 1, 2020? In normal circumstances, a pledge like this would certainly not be needed. Our hope is that, come July, some sense of normalcy will have returned, rendering such a pledge unnecessary. While Zimcom continues to work remotely like nearly every company, we remain fully operational and ready to assist our client and partners with their cloud and datacenter needs, because now more than ever “We’re in this together”.
